Einige Highlights:
Ein Personenaufzug mit Handseilbetrieb verbindet das Hochparterre mit dem 1. Stock. Dieser Aufzug könnte auf Elektrobetrieb umgebaut werden.
Im Jahr 1936 wurde im Hochparterre-Bereich eine Veranda mit ca. 8,7 m² dazu gebaut. Der Eingang befindet sich gartenseitig (Südseite).
Die Wohnräume im Parterre sind mit Sternparkett versehen, nur im Vorraum wurden Fliesen in Karo verlegt.
Die Villa hat im Hochparterre und 1. Stock eine Nutzfläche von ca. 294 m2 (inkl. Stiegenhaus) – siehe die Raumaufstellung unten.
Die Räume sind mit antiken Möbeln, Kristalllustern und Kronleuchtern sowie schönen Gemälden ausgestattet. Der Großteil der Einrichtung ist im Kaufpreis inbegriffen.
Die Stuckdecken und Füllungstüren mit verzierten Aufsätzen verströmen den Charme der guten alten Zeit.

It has seen a lot over the centuries. It even had served the army during II World War as their prestigious headquarters for some time.
Some of the highlights:
An original hand-operated-lift connects the raised ground floor with the 1st floor.
This lift could also be reconstructed to be powered by electrical energy.
In 1936 the front patio was built. The entrance of the villa is located in the garden (South).
All the rooms in the ground floor, except the vestibule, which was laid with square tails, are covered by valuable star parquet.

This house of approximately 100 m² was built before 1865, but the year of its manufacture is unfortunately unknown. It has been expanded in 1865 and then was used as stables for horses.
