The small apartment is in the centre of Zell am See and it offers a great view from the balcony! It is in a sunny and quiet position on the 3rd floor of an apartment house and it can be reached by an elevator.

The apartment is heated by oil-central heating, a storage room in the basement is existing, also one parking space underground.
